My interest in textile art started with sewing, knitting and crocheting, which I learnt as a child, later, weaving, then screen printing. However, it was when I took part in my first felt making workshop whith Carol Divall in 2010, that I discovered the joy of working with fibres and textiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I have explored a wide range of textile arts, including machine and hand embroidery, beading and a variety of felt making techniques. I’ve experimented with dyes created with natural techniques. I’ve experimented with dyes created with natural materials includeing leaves, seeds, skins of fruit and vegetables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Much of my work is a fusion of techniques and materials. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
